In case of carrier&#8217;s liability insurance one should note the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carrier\u2019s liability in road transport is limited to 8,33 SDR per gross weight i.e. about 10 USD per gross weight (CMR insurance).<\/li>\n<li>Carrier\u2019s liability in sea transportation sis 2 SDR per grow weight.<\/li>\n<li>Carrier\u2019s liability in air transportation is limited to maximum of 16,67 SDR i.e. about 20 USD per gross weight of the goods (AWB insurance).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Limitations to compensation<br \/>\nCarrier\u2019s liability for compensation is limited to the damages caused by the fault of the carrier. Carrier is not held liable for the infliction of damage if the damage was incurred in the circumstances the carrier could not have possible have avoided.<\/p>\n<p>If the value of your goods exceeds the limits to the carrier\u2019s liability and you would appreciate to insure your risks for the cases when the carrier cannot be held responsible for damages, we would kindly advise you to buy a comprehensive transport insurance. We can mediate the\u00a0<b>full insurance<\/b>\u00a0of the cargo as required.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"q2e9\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-q2e9\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h2 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Road Transport<\/h2><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-q2e9\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column licolor\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Road transport is the most mobile way the send your goods to everywhere with a road connection.<\/p>\n<p>With the road transportation there are two possibilities to send the goods: full loads (FTL or Full Truck Load) and partial loads (PTL).<\/p>\n<p><b>The goods are usually packed on the pallets for the road transportation.<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00ab\u00a0EUR pallet &#8211; 120 * 80 cm<\/li>\n<li>\u00ab\u00a0FIN pallet &#8211; 120 * 100 cm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How much is it possible to load on to a trailer?<\/b><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-image align_none\"><div class=\"w-image-h\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"350\" height=\"215\" src=\"https:\/\/logistikaguru.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/auto.jpg\" class=\"attachment-full size-full\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" srcset=\"https:\/\/logistikaguru.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/auto.jpg 350w, https:\/\/logistikaguru.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/auto-300x184.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 350px) 100vw, 350px\" \/><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column licolor\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Most common maximum loading unit in road transport are the following parameters:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>24 000 kg<\/li>\n<li>34 EUR pallets (120 * 80 cm)<\/li>\n<li>26 FIN pallets (120 * 100 cm)<\/li>\n<li>85 m\u00b3 \u2026 112 m\u00b3 (depending on the type of the trailer either a full trailer or a semi trailer)<\/li>\n<li>13,6 ldm (loading meter \u2013 an actual meter of the total trailer length)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>The following documents accompany the goods in road transportation:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An invoice or a bill of lading issued by the consignor<\/li>\n<li>CMR \u2013 international waybill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>CMR<\/b>\u00a0is an international waybill filled in by a carrier company, one copy of which is given to the sender of the goods, one copy to the receiver and the third copy will remain at the carrier as a proof of the transport made, and will arrive to you together with an invoice for the transport service.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"y9e0\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-y9e0\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><h2 class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Sea transport<\/h2><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-y9e0\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column licolor\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Sea transport is the cheapest possible way of transport if we talk about very long distances.<\/p>\n<p>We are engaged in\u00a0<b>both part container<\/b>\u00a0(LCL) and\u00a0<b>full container<\/b>\u00a0(FCL) transport.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>partial consignment in a container (less than container load)<\/li>\n<li>full container consignment (full container load)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>How much goods can be loaded into a container?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The quantity that can be possibly loaded into a container does depend on the size of it.<\/p>\n<p>The most common sizes are 20 (20\u2019 DC) and 40 (40\u2019 DC) feet long containers<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-image us_custom_c097cd2b align_none\"><div class=\"w-image-h\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"182\" height=\"105\" src=\"https:\/\/logistikaguru.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/pic_2.gif\" class=\"attachment-full size-full\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>\u00ab\u00a0<b>40\u2019 DC<\/b>\u00a0Internal dimensions: Length 12,03 x Width 2,35 x Height 2,39 meters.
